HKUST-1@MnO2复合催化剂催化分解臭氧的性能研究

【摘要】 采用水热法和原位水热沉积法分别制备了MnO2催化剂和HKUST-1@MnO2复合催化剂,并借助XRD、TEM、FTIR等手段对两种催化剂的结构进行了表征,同时在相对湿度为40%,温度为25℃,臭氧初始质量浓度为40 mg/m3的条件下研究了两种催化剂催化分解臭氧的性能.结果表明,两种催化剂均具有良好的催化分解臭氧的活性,且HKUST-1@MnO2复合催化剂催化分解臭氧的活性更好.HKUST-1@MnO2复合催化剂之所以具有更好的催化分解臭氧的活性是因为载体HKUST-1具有优异的气体吸附性并且MnO2在载体上具有高度分散性,能够暴露出更多的活性位点.

【Abstract】 Mn O2 catalyst and HKUST-1@MnO2 composite catalyst were prepared by hydrothermal method and in-situ hydrothermal deposition method respectively,and the structures of the two catalysts were characterized by XRD,TEM and FTIR. The catalytic performance of the two catalysts was studied under the conditions of relative humidity 40%,temperature 25 ℃ and initial mass concentration of ozone 40 mg/m3. The results show that both catalysts have good catalytic decomposition activity for ozone,and HKUST-1@MnO2 composite catalyst has better catalytic decomposition activity for ozone. The reasons why HKUST-1@MnO2 composite catalyst has better catalytic decomposition activity for ozone are that the carrier HKUST-1 has excellent gas adsorption and Mn O2 is highly dispersed on the carrier,which can expose more active sites.
