【摘要】 中国已经踏上了从富起来到强起来的新征程，创新驱动发展战略是国家实现强国梦的关键。技术创新是创新的重要组成部分，是增强企业核心竞争力、提升经济效益的有力保障，企业的技术创新问题引起了各国政府、企业界和学术界的普遍关注和重视。当前，黑龙江省企业的技术创新能力与发达省份相比有一定的差距，在创新认识、创新手段、企业文化、人才培养、科技创新服务保障机制和知识产权保护方面都存在问题，没有形成一个有效的技术创新机制，科技成果产业化和商业化进程缓慢。本研究针对黑龙江省企业存在的这些问题提出相应的对策建议，逐步建立一个完善的技术创新体系，促进企业技术创新的全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has embarked on a new journey from prosperity to strength,and innovation-driven development strategy is the key factor to realize the dream of a powerful country. Technological innovation,which is a powerful guarantee for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and improving economic benefits,is an important aspect of innovation. Therefore,governments,business and academia pay close attention to enterprises technological innovation application. But there is a gap between the developed provinces and Heilongjiang. Compared with other developed provinces,there are various problems in innovation knowledge,innovation methods,company culture,talent training,technological innovation service guarantee mechanism and intellectual property protection. Thus effective innovation mechanism hasn’t been formed,and Industrialization and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements procedures are slow in Heilongjiang. To solve above enterprise problems in Heilongjiang,Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,and a perfect technological innovation system is gradually established to promote the global development of enterprises technological innovation.更多还原
