【Abstract】 The types of interference and the principles of interference effects is discussed. The internal standard method can be applied to reduce the matrix interference. The quadrupole mass analyzer and the collision reaction cell are connected to eliminate mass spectrometric interference such as isobaric,double charge and molecular ions in collision mode（He） or reaction mode（ H₂/O₂/NH₃）.
