电感耦合等离子体质谱法定量分析中干扰的消除
Elimination of Interference in Quantitative Analysis by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
【摘要】 探讨了干扰的类型以及干扰效应的作用原理。以内标法降低基体性干扰,串联四级杆质量分析器与碰撞反应池,以碰撞模式(He)或反应模式(H2/O2/NH3)消除同量异位素、双电荷以及分子离子等质谱型干扰。以ICP-MS/MS两种分析模式(On-mass模式和Mass Shift模式)为例介绍了干扰消除的具体应用。
【Abstract】 The types of interference and the principles of interference effects is discussed. The internal standard method can be applied to reduce the matrix interference. The quadrupole mass analyzer and the collision reaction cell are connected to eliminate mass spectrometric interference such as isobaric,double charge and molecular ions in collision mode(He) or reaction mode( H2/O2/NH3). Two analysis modes of ICP-MS/MS(On-mass mode and Mass Shift mode) are taken as examples to introduce the specific application of interference cancellation.
