【摘要】 目的 了解失能患者家庭照顾者对“互联网+护理”的服务体验。方法 采用目的抽样法，对武汉市11名接受过“互联网+护理”服务的失能患者家庭照顾者进行半结构化访谈，运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果 提炼出3个主题群共7个主题。(1)服务优势：就医更方便、心理负担减轻、安全性提高；(2)风险认知较低；(3)服务需求：专业的健康教育、价格规范合理、项目持续存在。结论 “互联网+护理”从出行及心理等方面减轻了家庭照顾者的照顾负担；但仍存在价格偏高、健康教育水平欠佳等问题，且家庭照顾者对其风险认知较低，“互联网+护理”的发展应充分结合服务对象需求，构建更完善的服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the service experience of "Internet + Nursing" by family caregivers of disabled patients. Methods Semi-structured interviews with 11 family caregivers of disabled patients who had received "Internet + Nursing" service in Wuhan was conducted by objective sampling method.The interview data was analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results Three thematic groups concluding seven themes were extracted.(1) Advantages of the sevice: medical treatment was more convenient, psychological burden reduced, and security improved;(2) Low risk perception;(3) Requirements of the service: health education was professional, price was reasonable and project persisted. Conclusion "Internet + Nursing" reduces the burden of family caregivers from travel and psychological aspects. However, there are still some problems such as high price and poor health education level, and family caregivers have low awareness of its risk. Therefore, the development of "Internet + Nursing" should fully combine the needs of service objects to build a more perfect service system.更多还原
