水热法控制合成旋钮状钨酸铋微纳米材料
Controlled synthesis of knob-shaped Bi2WO6 micro-nano materials by hydrothermal method
【摘要】 钨酸铋作为Aurivillius型结构中最简单的化合物之一,具有较好的物理及化学性能,在可见光范围内有良好的光吸收能力,是一种新型可见光催化剂。以硝酸铋为铋源、钨酸钠为钨源、乙二醇为溶剂,使用水热法制备了旋钮状钨酸铋,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等表征了钨酸铋半导体的形貌、表面化学组成和晶体结构,探究了实验参数对钨酸铋形貌的影响,并据此提出了可能的生长机制。
【Abstract】 Bi2WO6 is one of the simplest members of the layered Aurivillius-related oxide family. It has good physical and chemical properties. Bi2WO6 possesses promising photo-absorption properties in visible range. It′s a new visible light catalyst. In this paper, knob Bi2WO6micro nano materials were prepared by hydrothermal method with Bi(NO3)3·5 H2O as bismuth source, Na2WO4·2 H2O as tungsten source and ethylene glycol as solvent. The morphology, surface chemical composition and crystal structure of Bi2WO6 were characterized by SEM, EDS, XRD, etc. According to the influence of experimental parameters on the morphology of Bi2WO6, the possible formation mechanism of knob-like Bi2WO6 micro nano materials was discussed.
