【摘要】 目的 构建并验证纽曼系统理论视角下护士第二受害者支持体系的临床应用效果。方法 通过文献检索拟定护士第二受害者支持体系的理论框架，采用Delphi法实施2轮专家函询，根据函询结果完善支持体系的各项内容。将该体系应用于青岛市某三级甲等医院护士，一级预防全员覆盖，二级预防重点保障，三级预防精准帮扶。结果 纽曼系统理论视角下护士第二受害者支持体系包括3级预防方案、5个启动端口、15项干预措施。该体系运行1年来，一级预防为3 917名护士建立心理健康档案，约3 000名护士参加心理舒缓讲座并获益；二级预防为112名护士提供线上、103名护士提供线下心理咨询；三级预防为37名护士提供高级心理支持。结论 纽曼系统理论视角下护士第二受害者支持体系有助于提升护士心理资本，协助心理重建，促进身心健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct the nurse’s second victim support system from the perspective of Newman system theory and verify the clinical application effect of the system. Methods The theoretical framework of the nurse’s second victim support system was formulated by literature research. The Delphi method was used to implement two rounds of expert letter consultation,and various contents of the support system were improved according to the results of the letter consultation. The system was implemented and covered all nurses of a tertiary hospital in Qingdao for primary prevention,key protection for secondary prevention,and precise assistance for tertiary prevention. Results This study constructed a nurses’ second victim support system from the perspective of Newman system theory,which included 3-level prevention programs,5 initiation ports,and 15 interventions. The system had established mental health records for 3,917 nurses for primary prevention since its operation for one year,and about 3,000 nurses participated in psychological relief lectures and benefited from it. Secondary prevention provided online counseling for 112 nurses and offline psychological counseling for 103 nurses. Tertiary prevention provided advanced psychological support to 37 nurses. Conclusion The second victim support system of nurses from the perspective of Newman system theory can improve nurses’ psychological capital,assist psychological reconstruction,promote physical and mental health.更多还原
