【摘要】 目的探讨产科急诊预检分诊标准的临床应用效果。方法 选取2020年12月—2021年1月浙江省3所三级甲等妇产科医院的4 286例产科急诊患者，对患者病情分级、去向、预检分诊目标响应时间进行统计分析，比较预检护士和专家组的分诊级别一致性。结果 病情分级为Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级的产科急诊患者分别占总数的1.2%、16.5%、73.2%、9.0%，住院率分别为96.2%、76.6%、46.3%、0.5%，急诊预检分诊目标响应时间符合率分别为100%、96.8%、97.7%、100%，预检护士与专家组分诊级别一致性检验Kappa值为0.961[95%CI (0.950,0.970)]。结论 产科急诊预检分诊标准有较好的敏感性、可操作性，并且与临床评定结果具有较好的一致性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of the obstetric emergency triage scale. Methods The data of 4 286 emergency obstetric patients from three tertiary class A obstetrics and gynecology hospitals in Zhejiang province from December 2020 to January 2021 were statistically analyzed,including disease classification,destination,triage target response time. We tested the consistency of triage levels rated by the nurses and expert group. Results The percentage of level Ⅰ,level Ⅱ,level Ⅲ,level Ⅳ among obstetric patients were 1.2%,16.5%,73.2% and 9.0% respectively. The hospitalization rate were 96.2%,76.6%,46.3% and 0.5%. The triage target response time were 100.0%,96.8%,97.7%,and 100% respectively. The consistency Kappa value between nurses and expert group was 0.961 [95%CI(0.950,0.970)]. Conclusion The obstetric emergency triage scale has high sensitivity and practicality,and has high consistency among clinical assesors.更多还原
