【摘要】 目的 对英文版护理人员告知坏消息能力量表进行汉化及信效度检验，为评估我国护理人员告知坏消息能力提供可靠工具。方法 采用Brislin翻译模型对量表进行汉化，对274名在职护士进行调查并检验中文版护理人员告知坏消息能力量表的信效度。结果 中文版护理人员告知坏消息能力量表包括准备、策略、共情、考虑、沟通、感知6个维度共25个条目，总的Cronbach′sα系数为0.923,各维度的Cronbach′sα系数为0.732～0.885,重测信度为0.886;各条目水平的内容效度指数0.890～1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.980。经探索性因子分析提取6个公因子，累积方差贡献率为70.228%。结论 中文版护理人员告知坏消息能力量表具有良好的信效度，可作为评估我国护理人员告知坏消息能力的有效工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To translate the Communicating Bad News(CBN) Scale into a Chinese version, to test its reliability and validity, and to provide a valid tool to assess Chinese nurses′ competence in breaking bad news to patients. Methods The Brislin model was used to translate the CBN scale into a Chinese version, which was later used to survey a convenience sample of 274 nurses for reliability and validity testing. Results The Chinese version of CBN scale had 6 dimensions(preparation, strategies, empathy, considerations, communication, and perception) and 25 items. The Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.923 for the overall scale, and between 0.732-0.885 for the dimensions; the test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.886; the content validity index was between 0.890-1.000 for the items, and 0.980 for the overall scale. After exploratory factor analysis, 6 common factors were extracted, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 70.228%. Conclusion The Chinese version CBN scale has good reliability and validity and is an effective tool for assessing the ability of Chinese nurses to tell bad news.更多还原
