ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者介入术后Ⅰ期运动康复方案的构建与应用

【摘要】 目的 构建ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者介入术后Ⅰ期运动康复方案并评价其应用效果。方法 将75例ST段抬高型心肌梗死行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者按入院时间分为对照组37例,干预组38例。对照组采取常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上构建并实施介入术后Ⅰ期运动康复方案。术后第1天和出院前评价患者功能独立性、焦虑抑郁及睡眠状况。结果 出院前干预组功能独立性、焦虑抑郁及睡眠状况评分显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论 ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者介入术后实施Ⅰ期运动康复方案,可提高患者功能独立性,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪及睡眠质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a phase I exercise rehabilitation program after PCI for ST-segment-elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) patients and evaluate its effect.Methods Seventy-five patients with STEMI undergoing primary PCI were assigned to a control group of 37 and an intervention group of 38 chronologically.The control group was given routine care, while their counterparts in the intervention group were subjected to a phase I exercise rehabilitation program after PCI.The Functional Independence Measure(FIM), 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale(GAD-7), 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9), and Ri-chards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire(RCSQ) were utilized to assess the effect at postoperative day 1 and before discharge.Results The intervention group had significantly higher FIM and RCSQ scores, whereas lower GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores compared with the control group(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion The phase I exercise rehabilitation program for STEMI patients after PCI can enhance their functional independence, and improve anxiety, depression, and sleep quality.
