含废玻璃混凝土在不同温度下的物理-力学特性
Physical-mechanical properties of concrete containing waste glass at different temperatures
【摘要】 废玻璃是一种处理难度较高的废料,一种废玻璃的回收利用方式就是作为建筑材料;为了研究含玻璃混凝土在不同温度条件下的物理-力学特性,以不同含量的废玻璃制备了混凝土试样。并利用温度范围为0~800℃、温度梯度为200℃、处理时间为1、2 h、升温速度为2、20℃/min的条件对混凝土进行高温处理。之后对试样进行质量、强度测试和细观拍照记录。试验结果表明:20%的废玻璃对混凝土耐高温特性的负面影响较小;而加入40%的废玻璃时,混凝土内部会出现明显的孔隙,对试样的物理-力学特性的负面影响最大;T=200~400℃对含废玻璃混凝土的强度发展有积极影响;同时,长时间(2 h)的热处理和快速升温(20℃/min)对混凝土的负面影响明显。
【Abstract】 Waste glass is a kind of waste that is difficult to handle.One way to recycle waste glass is to use it as a building material.In order to study the physical-mechanical properties of glass-containing concrete under different temperature conditions,concrete samples were prepared with different contents of waste glass.The conditions of temperature range of 0~800 ℃,temperature gradient of 200 ℃,treatment time of 1 h and 2 h,and heating rate of 2 ℃/min and 20 ℃/min were used for high-temperature treatment of concrete.After that,the quality,strength test and meso-photograph of the sample were recorded.The test results show that 20% of waste glass has little negative impact on the high temperature resistance of concrete.When 40% of waste glass is added,obvious pores will appear in the concrete,which has the greatest negative impact on the physical-mechanical properties of the sample.T=200~400 ℃ has a positive effect on the strength development of concrete containing waste glass.At the same time,long-term(2 h)heat treatment and rapid heating(20 ℃/min)have a significant negative impact on the concrete.
