复合防腐涂层钢筋-混凝土黏结性能试验研究
Experimental study on bond behavior between steel bar and concrete with metal-nonmetal composite anticorrosive coating
【摘要】 基于Zn Al15、Al、Al Mg5热喷涂金属涂层为底层、环氧封闭底漆为中间层和丙烯酸面漆为表层的单层、双层和三层复合防腐涂层钢筋与混凝土黏结性能推出试验研究,得到了其对应的位移-应力曲线、黏结强度和破坏特征,结果表明:黏结强度从大到小依次排列为b2>b1>d1>c1>a>c2>d2>b>c>d;Zn Al15+环氧封闭底漆+丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆的黏结强度最大,相对于无涂层提高了8.1%;黏结强度=8 MPa是试样破坏模式发生变化的一个临界值。
【Abstract】 The bond properties of single,double and three-layer composite anti-corrosion coatings with Zn Al15,Al and Al Mg5 as the bottom layer,epoxy sealer as the intermediate layer and acrylic topcoat as the surface layer were studied.The corresponding displacement-stress curve,bond strength and failure characteristics were obtained.The bond strength from large to small is b2>b1>d1>c1>a>c2>d2>b>c>d.The bond strength of Zn Al15+epoxy sealer+acrylic polyurethane topcoat is the largest,which is increased by 8.1% compared with that without coating.The peak strength bond strength is 8.0 MPa which is a critical value for the change of specimen failure mode.
