无刷直流电机滑模观测器的优化研究
Research On Sliding Mode Obverser For Brushless DC Motor
【摘要】 为了降低无刷直流电机的制造成本并减小其体积、提高控制系统的稳定性,考虑使用滑模观测器来估算速度和转子位置。针对传统观测器需要使用低通滤波器、有相位延迟和抖振大等问题,提出了使用激活函数代替开关函数,并且将观测器误差项分割为线性项和非线性项的方法。方法根据观测得到的反电动势信号获取速度信号,再积分获得转子位置信息。仿真结果表明该方法可以有效抑制抖振,具有较好的静态和动态特性,能准确观测到电机速度和转子的位置信号,在工程上具有一定的实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the stability of control, reduce the volume and the production cost of brushless DC motor, a sliding mode obverser was used to estimate the speed of motor and rotor position. In view of the phase delay,chattering, and low-pass filter used in traditional obverser, an improved method was proposed. Dividing error term into a linear term and a nonlinear term, introducing activation function instead of sign function. Speed information was obtained from back electromotive force single estimated, and rotor position was observed by the integration of speed single. A simulation model of brushless DC motor was built using Matlab/Simulink, and the simulation result shows that proposed obverse can suppress chattering effectively, estimate the rotor position and speed exactly with great dynamic and steady-state characteristics, which has certain engineering application value.
