用于葡萄糖生物传感器的三元铜铁硫系化合物
Ternary Copper Iron Sulfur Compounds for Glucose Biosensors
【摘要】 设计灵敏、快速响应的催化剂对于葡萄糖生物传感器具有重要意义。在本文中,我们用溶剂热法一步快捷的合成了两种不同相的铜铁硫属化合物CuFeS2和Cu5FeS4。在加入导电碳黑VXC-72的条件下,发现CuFeS2的灵敏度为212uAmM-1cm-2,线性范围达3.63mM,另一种相Cu5FeS4的灵敏度可达到744 uAmM-1cm-2,线性范围达4.13mM,具有作为良好葡萄糖传感器的潜力。
【Abstract】 It is of great significance to design sensitive and responsive catalysts for glucose biosensors. In this paper,two different phases of CuFeS2 and Cu5FeS4 were synthesized by solvothermal method in one step. With the addition of conductive carbon black VXC-72, it is found that the sensitivity of CuFeS2 is 212 u Am M-1cm-2 with a linear range of 3.63 mM, and the sensitivity of another phase Cu5FeS4 is 744 u Am M-1cm-2 with a linear range of 4.13 mM. It has the potential as a good glucose sensor.
