【摘要】 森林作为陆地生态系统的主体，能够产生巨大社会效益与经济效益的生态产品。本文结合公益林生态产品的概念，从生态文明建设角度出发，综合考虑湖南省公益林实际情况，并依据公益林服务功能测算结果，从生态保护补偿、生态权益交易、生态产业开发、区域协同发展和生态资本收益5个生态产品价值实现路径初步设计了湖南省公益林生态产品价值实现途径；并针对森林碳汇、净化水质、森林康养和吸收气体污染物等重要生态功能也进行了价值化实现路径的设计。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the main body of terrestrial ecosystem, forest can produce abundant ecological products.This study defines the concept of ecological products of public welfare forest, comprehensively considers the actual situation of public welfare forest in Hunan Province from the perspective of ecological civilization construction, and according to the calculation results of public welfare forest service function, from five value realization paths including the aspects of ecological protection compensation, ecological rights, interests transaction, and ecological industry development.The value realization approaches of ecological products of public welfare forest in Hunan Province were preliminarily designed.It also designs the value realization path for the important ecological functions such as forest carbon sink, water purification, forest health and absorption of gas pollutants.更多还原
