晋中地区26个核桃品种坚果表型性状变异及主成分分析

【摘要】 为筛选出优良核桃品种,在2018—2020年,于山西农业大学果树研究所核桃资源圃采集26个核桃品种的坚果,对其表型性状进行测量,并进行表型变异及主成分分析。结果表明:2018—2020年,26个核桃品种坚果表型性状3年的平均变异系数排序为壳厚>单果质量>纵径>出仁率>横径>侧径>三径均值。坚果表型性状第1主成分和第2主成分的累计贡献率均在75%以上。坚果表型性状主成分3年的平均综合得分排前3名的是礼品2号、鲁果5号和上宋6号,该3个品种的综合表现较好,可作为适宜晋中地区栽培和推广的品种。

【Abstract】 In order to screen out superior walnut varieties, the nuts of 26 walnut varieties were collected from the walnut resource nursery of Fruit Research Institute of Shanxi Agricultural University from 2018 to 2020.Their phenotypic traits were measured, and their phenotypic variation and principal component analysis were conducted.The results showed that the average variation coefficient of nut phenotypic traits of 26 walnut varieties from 2018 to 2020 was in the order of shell thickness > single fruit weight > longitudinal diameter > kernel yield > transverse diameter > lateral diameter> mean value of longitudinal, transverse and lateral diameter.The cumulative contribution rates of the first and second principal components of nut phenotypic traits were above 75%.In the three years, the average comprehensive scores of the main components of nut phenotypic traits ranking the top three were Walnut Lipin II, Walnut Luguo V and Walnut Shangsong VI.Thesethreevarietieshad the higher comprehensive quality, and could be used as the suitable varieties for cultivation and promotion in central Shanxi Province area.
