无患子半同胞家系苗期生长表现

【摘要】 本文采用湖南省内30株无患子半同胞家系优树的种子为试验材料,开展家系种子播种育苗,研究各家系1年生苗苗高、地径等主要生长性状的差异。结果表明:家系间苗木的苗高和地径生长差异极显著,表明无患子家系间生长性状的遗传变异丰富,具有较大良种选育潜力。综合苗高和地径性状,初步选择出SM27、SM16、SM05、SM22、SM12等5个生长表现良好的无患子半同胞家系。

【Abstract】 In this work, 30 progeny seedlings of half-sib families of Sapindus mukorossi superior trees from various regions in Hunan Province were used as the research object for the family seed sowing and seedling raising, and the differences of main growth characters such as seedling height and ground diameter were measured.The results showed that there were significant differences in seedling height and ground diameter growth among families, indicating that there was rich genetic variation in growth traits among Sapindus mukorossi families, and there was a large space for breeding improved varieties.Based on the characteristics of seedling height and ground diameter, 5 Sapindus mukorossi half-sib families with good growth were preliminarily selected, including SM27, SM16, SM05, SM22, and SM12.
