【摘要】 在新冠肺炎疫情持续蔓延、全球经济发展不稳定的情况下，习近平总书记提出了构建“双循环”新发展格局的战略要求，通过国际和国内市场间的协调发展，维护多边贸易体制，促进世界经贸合作。而RCEP的签署不仅是我国促进国际经济循环的重要支撑，也为我国国内经济循环提供了发展机遇。因此，从国际经济循环和国内经济循环两个方面入手，研究中国加入RCEP对我国构建“双循环”新发展格局的影响路径，提出策略与建议，以期用好RCEP，在利用RCEP发展经济的同时加快进行产业结构调整。更多还原

【Abstract】 Considering the influence of COVID-19’s continuous spread and unstable global economic development, the strategic requirement for the formation on “dual circulation” has been brought up by China’s General Secretary Xi Jinping, of which is useful for both domestic economics growth and international market’s stabilization. Moreover, the signing of RCEP is not only an important support for China in enhancing international economy, but also a significant chance in the upgrading of domestic industries. Thus, the paper analyses the influence path of joining RCEP for China to construct the new development pattern of “dual circulation”from domestic perspective and international aspect. Furthermore, it points out that high standard of RCEP rules and the conflict between interest demands of member countries are challenges to China’s construction of “dual circulation”development pattern. Finally, the paper gives some conclusions and suggestions on how to make good use of RCEP, and speed up the adjustment of industrial structure while developing economy, hoping to provide a new idea for China to construct a “dual circulation” new development pattern by RCEP.更多还原
