【Abstract】 RCEP will come into effect on January 1, 2022. Dongying City should make good use of the interval between the signing of RCEP and its formal entry into force, and scientific planning and arrangements should be made from the two levels of the government and the enterprise. Government-level countermeasures mainly include: optimizing the business environment in accordance with RCEP standards; establishing RCEP think tank alliances to push policies to enterprises; continuing to deepen supply-side reforms to create a modern industrial system with sustainable competitiveness; strengthening innovation leadership and enhancing innovation-driven development. Enterprise-level countermeasures mainly include: based on its own development, do a good job in RCEP’s regional target market positioning and layout; implement transformation and upgrading to improve regional market competitiveness; fully familiar with and use RCEP related rules, and accurately select benefits.更多还原
