乌梅河特大桥缆索施工智能监测

【摘要】 针对施工期乌梅河特大桥缆索开展智能监测研究,使用综合考虑主承重索索力测试系统、锚碇变形测试系统、索塔倾斜与变位测试系统、扣索索力监测系统、5G数据上传系统和远程云平台分析与预警系统的智能监测系统,介绍了各测试系统中测点的布置位置、传感器的安装方式和整体效果图,分析了智能监测系统所测得主承重索索力、锚碇变形、索塔倾斜与变位、扣索索力对施工环节的影响。智能监测系统减少人为主观因素评判桥梁的健康状况,便于现场调控下一步施工计划,对其他桥型桥梁智能监测系统提供参考。

【Abstract】 In this paper, intelligent monitoring is carried out for the cables of the Wumei River Grand Bridge during the construction period.An intelligent monitoring system that integrates the main load-bearing cable force testing system, anchor deformation testing system, cable tower tilt and displacement testing system, buckling cable force monitoring system, 5 G data upload system and remote cloud platform analysis and early warning system was used.This paper introduces the location of measurement points in each test system, the installation of sensors and the overall effect of the system.Analyzes the impact of the intelligent monitoring system on the construction link by measuring the load-bearing cable force, anchor deformation, cable tower tilt and dislocation, and buckling cable force.The intelligent monitoring system reduces the human subjective factors to judge the health condition of the bridge, facilitates the site regulation of the next construction plan, and provides reference for other bridge type bridge intelligent monitoring system.
