【摘要】 基于就业市场需求视角，探究我国大学生积极职业心理品质发展现状与就业市场需求的适切度。首先，向548名在校大学生开展问卷调查，结果表明大学生积极职业心理品质发展处于中等偏上水平，超越和勇敢维度发展较好，真诚和心灵触动是优势品质，审慎和领导能力处于劣势。随后，对“前程无忧”网站18000条招聘信息进行可视化分析，发现就业市场对大学生公正和节制维度的需求高，重视团队精神和领导能力。两项研究对比表明，大学生积极职业心理品质的发展现状与就业市场需求存在较大差异。为此，从高校和大学生两个方面提出完善大学生积极职业心理品质发展和促进就业的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the perspective of employment market demand, this paper explores the current situation of the development of active vocational psychological quality of college students in China and the relevance of employment market demand. First, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 548 college students. The results showed that the development of college students’ positive vocational psychological quality was at a medium-to-high level, and that they had a better development in the dimensions of transcendence and bravery, prudence and leadership are at a disadvantage. Then, through the visual analysis of 18,000 recruitment information on the website of “No worries about the future”, it is found that the employment market demands high dimensions of fairness and moderation, and values team spirit and leadership. The comparison of the two studies shows that there is a big difference between the development of college students’ positive vocational psychological quality and the demand of the employment market. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving college students’ positive vocational psychological quality and promoting their employment from the aspects of college and college students.更多还原
