【摘要】 科技成果转化是高校将科技优势转化为推动区域经济发展的有效手段。文章以东北地区11所"双一流"建设高校为研究对象,采用因子分析构建投入产出指标体系,接着运用DEA-BCC模型测算2015-2017年的科技成果转化效率。结果发现:被测算高校的科技成果转化总体水平较高,但高校个体与群体之间均存在明显差距;高校非DEA有效的主要原因在于产出不足,次要原因在于投入冗余和科研管理不合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The transformation of scientific and technological is an effective means for the universities to transfer their scientific advantages into the boost to regional economic development. This thesis chooses 11 “Double First-Class” project universities in Northeast China as the research objects. Factor analysis is adopted to construct the index system of input and output. Then DEA-BCC models are used to measure the commercialization rate of the scientific research findings from 2015 to 2017. A conclusion is drawn that the total commercialization rate of these universities is comparatively high in spite of the gaps among them. The main reason of non-DEA-effectiveness is that the output is not enough. Secondary causes are the input is redundant and the scientific management is not proper.更多还原
