【摘要】 目的 评价硅酮敷料联合压力疗法防治患者增生性瘢痕的有效性。方法 检索Cochrane Library、CINAHL、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库中有关硅酮敷料联合压力疗法防治患者伤口增生性瘢痕的随机对照研究或类实验研究。运用Stata 17.0软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果 本研究共纳入10篇文献，入组655例患者，共计720个伤口。Meta分析结果显示：与单纯压力治疗相比，硅酮敷料联合压力治疗组患者温哥华瘢痕量表总评分、瘢痕柔软度、瘢痕瘙痒和疼痛评分明显降低；瘢痕厚度、瘢痕颜色无明显差异。结论 与单纯压力治疗相比，硅酮敷料联合压力疗法在降低瘢痕评分、改善瘢痕柔软度、缓解瘢痕瘙痒及疼痛程度方面的效果更显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of silicone dressing combined with pressure therapy in the prevention and management of patients with hypertrophic scar.Methods Randomized controlled studies or similar experimental studies on the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scar of wound with silicone dressing combined with pressure therapy were searched in the Cochrane Library, CINAHL,PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Database, VIP.Meta-analysis of data was analyzed by using Stata 17.0 software.Results A total of 10 literatures were included in the study, included 655 patients with a total of 720 wounds.The results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with the pressure treatment alone, the Vancouver Scar Scale score, scar flexibility score, scar pruritus and pain score were significantly decreased in the silicone dressing combined with pressure treatment group.There were no significant differences in scar thickness and value of scar color.Conclusion Compared with the pressure therapy alone, silicone dressing combined with pressure therapy is more effective in reducing Vancouver Scar Scale score, improving scar flexibility, relieving the pruritus and pain of scar.更多还原
