【摘要】 目的 评估应用预见性护理对肝癌介入治疗患者术后并发症发生率的影响。方法 在PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、The Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库中检索自建库至2021年3月关于肝癌介入治疗患者应用预见性护理的随机对照试验的相关文献，采用RevMan 5.3软件对纳入的文献进行分析并探讨各研究的异质性。结果 最终纳入9篇随机对照试验，Meta分析结果显示：预见性护理与常规护理相比降低了肝癌介入治疗患者术后腹痛、恶心呕吐、穿刺部位出血、尿潴留、不满意的发生率（P<0.001），但并不能降低患者术后发热发生率（P>0.05）。结论 预见性护理可以减轻肝癌介入治疗患者术后腹痛、恶心呕吐、穿刺部位出血、尿潴留、患者不满意发生率，但纳入研究分析并未表明预见性护理对肝癌介入治疗患者术后发热发生率有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application effect of predictive nursing on postoperative complications in patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy.Methods To search randomized controlled trials of predictive nursing for patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy retrieving the datebase from self-built to March 2021,such as PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP and CBM.Revman 5.3 software was used to analyze the included literatures.Result A total of 9 papers were enrolled.Meta analysis showed that predictive nursing could reduce the incidence of postoperative abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,bleeding at the puncture site,urinary retention,and the rate of dissatisfaction(P<0.001).However,there was no significant difference on the incidence of fever after interventional surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing is better than traditional nursing in reducing patients’ abdominal discomfort,nausea and vomiting,puncture site bleeding,urinary retention and patient dissatisfaction.But there is no effect on the incidence of fever after interventional therapy.更多还原
