【摘要】 目的 考察并分析气道廓清技术防治儿童大叶性肺炎的临床效果。方法 选入儿科住院118例大叶性肺炎的患者，分成对照组和观察组，每组各59例，对照组均予常规的抗炎、止咳、化痰平喘等治疗，而观察组在上述治疗同时加用合适的气道廓清技术。观察两组临床疗效。结果 观察本组的总有效率显著超过了对照组，但疗程远短于对照组。结论 常规治疗基础上加用合适的气道廓清技术可改善小儿大叶性肺炎患者的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine and analyze the clinical effect of airway clearance technique in the treatment of children with lobar pneumonia. Methods 118 pediatric patients diagnosed with lobar pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 59 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional anti-inflammatory, heat cough, resolving sputum and relieving asthma and other treatments, while the observation group was given appropriate airway clearance techniques at the same time. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and, the treatment course was shorter than that in the control group. Conclusions On the basis of conventional treatment, appropriate airway clearance technology can improve clinical efficacy in children with lobar pneumonia.
