【摘要】 目的:针对肩峰下滑囊炎(SAB)疾病，分析在肌骨超声引导下开展小针刀疗法的具体应用价值。方法:本项研究于2021年6月正式启动，截止时间是2022年6月。选用此时间段到笔者医院接受诊治的SAB患者76例作为研究主体，根据随机数字表法分为两组，对照组和研究组，各小组有38例患者参与。对比观察两组临床疗效、肩部指标和血清指标数据变化。结果:两组患者经治疗后，临床治疗有效率相比，研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比，首次治疗后、治疗4周后患者的疼痛评分有降低，滑囊厚度有降低，且肩关节活动度有增加，但研究组患者改善幅度大(P<0.05);对比观察两组患者治疗前后炎症指标包括TNF-α、IL-6发现，研究组患者经治疗后炎症指标表达水平显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：开展肌骨超声引导下小针刀治疗能够获得理想的治疗效果，利于改善患者预后，临床值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:For subacromial bursitis(SAB) disease, to analyze the specific application value of small needle knife therapy under the guidance of musculoskeletal ultrasound. Methods:76 patients with SAB who were treated in our hospital during this period were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups, the control group and the research group, with 38 patients in each group. Conclusion:Small needle knife therapy guided by musculoskeletal ultrasound can obtain ideal therapeutic effect, which is conducive to improving the prognosis of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
