【摘要】 目的:分析对糖尿病肾病患者通过合用达格列净、厄贝沙坦的治疗效果。方法:抽取2019年6月—2021年1月本院72例糖尿病肾病患者，随机数字表法分组，对照组应用厄贝沙坦治疗，观察组合用达格列净、厄贝沙坦治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.22%,对照组为86.11%,P<0.05;2组治疗前24小时尿蛋白定量、SCr、HbAlc、尿蛋白排泄率等指标对比P>0.05,治疗后观察组24小时尿蛋白定量、SCr、HbAlc、尿蛋白排泄率低于对照组P<0.05;观察组药物不良反应为5.56%,对照组为8.33%,P>0.05。结论:对于糖尿病肾病患者通过合用达格列净与厄贝沙坦有助于改善血糖水平及肾功能，并可显著提升临床疗效，且药安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the treatment effect of dagazin and irbesartan in diabetic nephropathy. Methods:72 patients with diabetic nephropathy from June 2019 to January 2021,Random number table method of grouping, The control group was treated with irbesartan,The observed combination was treated with dagliazin,irbesartan. Results: The total treatment response rate of the observation group was 97.22%,In the control group,in 86.11%,P<0.05; In group 2 groups,SCr,Hb Alc,and urinary protein excretion rate in 24hours before treatment were P>0.05,The 24h urinary protein quantification,SCr,Hb Alc,and urinary protein excretion rate were lower after treatment than in the control group at P<0.05; Adverse drug reactions in the observation group were 5.56%,In the control group,in 8.33%,P>0.05.
