氨溴索雾化液雾化吸入辅助治疗支原体肺炎患儿的效果及对其炎症反应和免疫功能的影响
Effect of Aerosol Inhalation of Ambroxol on Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia and its Effect on Inflammatory Response and Immune Function
【摘要】 目的:探讨氨溴索雾化液雾化吸入辅助治疗支原体肺炎患儿的效果及对其炎症反应和免疫功能的影响。方法:对我院收治的61例支原体肺炎的患儿资料进行分析,数据采集于2017年8月至2019年1月内完成,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=31),两组患儿均予阿奇霉素抗炎、吸氧以及物理降温等对症治疗,观察组在此基础上补充氨溴索雾化液进行雾化吸入,对比两组患儿的临床疗效、IL-6和IFN-γ水平以及T淋巴细胞亚群。结果:观察组总有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-6和IFN-γ水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4~+和CD4~+/CD8~+明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氨溴索雾化液雾化吸入辅助治疗支原体肺炎患儿具有更好的临床疗效,能够显著降低炎症反应,且提高免疫功能。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of aerosol inhalation of ambroxol on children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect on inflammatory response and immune function. Methods:The data of 61 children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital were analyzed. The data collection was completed from August 2017 to January 2019. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=31). Both groups of children were treated with azithromycin anti-inflammatory, oxygen inhalation and physical cooling. On this basis, the observation group was supplemented with ambroxol atomization solution for atomization inhalation, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared IL-6 and IFN-γ And T lymphocyte subsets. Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.55%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, IL-6 and IFN in the observation group-γ The level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, CD4~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Aerosol inhalation of ambroxol atomization solution has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia, which can significantly reduce the inflammatory response and improve the immune function.
