【摘要】 目的 观察联合商陆贴敷神阙穴的综合护理治疗脑出血后并发便秘的效果。方法 选取90例脑出血后便秘的患者作为研究对象，采用数字表法均分为对照组和治疗组，各45例。对照组给予常规护理加安慰剂进行治疗，治疗组给予综合护理即在常规护理的基础上联合商陆研磨的粉末贴敷神阙穴进行治疗。观察2组患者便秘的治疗效果。结果 干预后2组患者排便症状及大便性状均有所改善，且治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预后治疗组患者排便症状、Bristol大便性状积分量表（Bristol stool form scale,BSFS）评分、生活质量及治疗有效率优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 商陆贴敷神阙穴可以有效改善脑出血后便秘患者的排便情况，改善患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Phytolacca acinosa Shenque combined with comprehensive nursing on constipation after treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Ninety patients with constipation after cerebral hemorrhage were selected as research subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group(n=45) and the treatment group(n=45).The control group was treated with conventional care plus placebo,while the treatment group received comprehensive nursing plus Phytolacca acinosa Shenque.Then,observation was made on the treatment effect of constipation in the patients of the two groups.Results After treatment,the defecation symptoms and stool property of the patients in the two groups all improved to a certain extent,with the treatment group being superior to the control group,and statistical significance could be seen when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Following intervention,the defecation symptoms,the scores of Bristol stool form scale(BSFS),life quality and treatment efficacy were all superior to those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Phytolacca acinosa Shenque could effectively improve the defecation of the patients with constipation after cerebral hemorrhage and improve their life quality.更多还原
