CFETR水冷包层模块热工水力学分析与优化
Thermo-hydraulics analysis and optimization for the module of CFETR WCCB
【摘要】 基于中国聚变工程试验堆(CFETR)水冷陶瓷增殖剂包层(WCCB)1#模块的三维几何模型,应用CFD软件Fluent开展了包层热工水力学分析,验证了包层热工水力学设计的合理性。采用包层CFD全模型开展了冷却剂系统的流场分析,获得了包层冷却流道流量分布情况。在此基础上对包层冷却系统进行了设计优化,获得了较为理想的包层流场分布。
【Abstract】 Based on the 3D model of the Water-Cooled Ceramic Blanket(WCCB) for Chinese Fusion Engineering Test Reactor(CFETR), thermal-hydraulic analysis of the blanket module 1# was carried out by adopting the CFD-code Fluent. The feasibility of the thermal-hydraulic design was verified. To obtain the flow distribution of the blanket, the flow analysis for the whole model was accomplished. Based on the analysis results,a design optimization of the coolant system was proposed and a better flow field was obtained.
