新型导电尼龙材料的研发
Research and Development of the New Type of Conductive Nylon Materials
【摘要】 研究通过使用双螺杆熔融共混法,将炭黑和不锈钢纤维分别填充到PA6中,制备得到PA6/CB、PA6/SSFs、PA6/CB/SSFs复合材料,考察其电学和力学性能,结果表明:单一导电填料填充的两相复合材料的导电性能随导电填料含量的增大而增强,电阻率增大;炭黑与不锈钢纤维的复配可以协同提高复合材料的导电性能。
【Abstract】 In this study, carbon black and stainless steel fibers were filled into PA6 respectively by the twin screw melting blending method. Then the PA6/CB, PA6/SSFs and PA6/CB/SSFs composites were prepared. Their electrical and mechanical properties were investigated. The results showed that: the electrical conductivity of the two-phase composites filled with a single conductive filler increases with the increase of the content of conductive filler, but the resistivity decreases. The combination of carbon black and stainless steel fiber can improve the electrical conductivity of the composite.
