【Abstract】 Since colleges and universities are viewed the important position to cultivate non-Party intellectuals,their important functions of the united front should be given full play to.For realizing the two-centenary goals and the condense strength of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,there is a need to improve the level of team construction regarding non-Party representative in the new era.Based on the current situation of the construction of non-party representatives,this paper explores effective ways of discovering,cultivating,using and managing non-party representatives in colleges and universities.It is hopeful that the ways can promote the healthy development for the team construction of non-party representatives in colleges and universities,and can contribute wisdom and strength for the cause of promoting the united front and multi-party cooperation in the new era.更多还原
