【摘要】 以中小企业产业经营模式为研究问题,以教育行业、房地产行业和餐饮行业为切入点,详细描述了中小企业传统的产业经营模式及特征,深入探讨了中小企业现代产业经营模式,客观比较了二者之间的继承与发展关系,明确指出了中小企业产业经营模式的发展和变化趋势,具体构建了以现代产业为基础的中小企业创新产业经营模式。研究认为,中小企业应构建"专精特新"、产学研协同、数字化的创新产业经营模式,通过准确把握市场需求,快速扩大市场占有份额,加快自身发展,进一步发挥中小企业在新发展格局中的核心作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the industrial business model of small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, taking the education industry, real estate industry and catering industry as the starting point, this paper describes in detail the traditional industrial business model and characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises, deeply discusses the modern industrial business model of small and medium-sized enterprises, objectively compares the inheritance and development relationship between them, and clearly points out the development and change trend of the industrial business model of small and medium-sized enterprises. It specifically constructs the innovative industrial business model of small and medium-sized enterprises based on modern industry.
