基础不均匀沉降下储罐的动风屈曲研究

【摘要】 采用有限元软件ABAQUS对基础不均匀沉降下储罐的动风屈曲问题开展研究,提出一种动风屈曲数值模拟方法,并结合一固定顶储罐进行分析。在ABAQUS/Explicit模块中,先应用准静态方法分析储罐在沉降作用下的静力响应,在此基础上采用显式动力学方法分析其动风屈曲性能,并与静风屈曲性能进行比较。结果表明:准静态方法可有效模拟储罐沉降的静力响应,其加载时间可根据一阶固有频率确定;因考虑了风载荷作用的时间效应,沉降罐的动风屈曲分析可反映实际风载荷对储罐的作用效果;当风载荷正面作用于储罐基础向上隆起区域时,储罐发生动风屈曲的时间较短,抗风性能较差;储罐沉降幅值越大,其抗风稳定性越差。

【Abstract】 The ABAQUS software was employed to investigate dynamic wind buckling of the storage tanks in uneven foundation settlement and a novel numerical simulation method was proposed. Based on the method proposed, a detailed analysis was carried out through combined with a fixed-roof storage tank. In the ABAQUS/Explicit module, having the quasi-static method applied to analyze static response of storage tank in settlement, and then having the explicit dynamic method used to analyze its dynamic wind buckling performance, finally having it compared with the static wind buckling. The research results show that, the quasi-static method can effectively simulate the static response of the storage tank in the settlement action;and the settlement loading time can be determined according to the first-order natural frequency; through considering the time effect of wind load, the dynamic wind buckling analysis of the settlement tank can reflect the effect of actual wind load on the storage tank; when the dynamic wind load acts on the uplift area of the tank foundation, the time for dynamic wind buckling of the storage tank becomes shorter and the wind resistance performance becomes poorer and the greater the settlement amplitude of the storage tank,the worse the stability of the storage tank against wind.
