Ti/TiO2NTs/PANI/PbO2-CNTs电极的制备及煤气管道水封水的预处理
Preparation of Ti/TiO2NTs/PANI/PbO2-CNTs electrode and pretreatment of water seal water of gas pipeline
【摘要】 利用阳极氧化法和电化学沉积法,在传统Ti/PbO2电极中引入二氧化钛纳米管(TiO2NTs)和导电聚苯胺(PANI)新型复合中间层,并在PbO2表层掺杂改性碳纳米管(CNTs),成功制备了Ti/TiO2NTs/PANI/PbO2-CNTs电极,并将其用于煤气管道水封水的预处理。实验结果表明:TiO2NTs/PANI复合中间层可降低电极腐蚀速率,提高电极活性;CNTs表面掺杂可细化PbO2晶体颗粒,增大电极活性表面积,提高电极催化性能。该电极的·OH产生量较Ti/PbO2提升46.50%,电极加速寿命延长230%。在20 mA/cm2电流密度下处理水封水50 min后可显著提高其可生化性,将其以1∶1体积比与原生化进水混合排入生化池,对废水的可生化性无明显影响。
【Abstract】 A novel composite interlayer of titanium dioxide nanotubes (TiO2NTs) and polyaniline (PANI) was introduced into the traditional Ti/PbO2 electrode by anodic oxidation and electrochemical deposition,and modified carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were doped on the surface of PbO2 to prepare the Ti/TiO2NTs/PANI/PbO2-CNTs electrode for the pretreatment of water seal water of gas pipeline.The experimental results show that the TiO2NTs/PANI composite interlayer can reduce the corrosion rate of electrode and increase the electrode activity,and CNTs surface doping can refine the PbO2 crystal particles,enlarge the active surface area and improve the catalytic activity of the electrode.The hydroxyl radical generation amount of Ti/TiO2NTs/PANI/PbO2-CNTs electrode is 46.50% higher than that of Ti/PbO2,and the accelerated life of the electrode is increased by 230%.After 50 min treatment at 20 mA/cm2 of current density,the biodegradability of the water seal water is significantly improved,and when it is mixed with the original biochemical influent in a volume ratio of 1∶1 and discharged into the biochemical tank,the biodegradability of the wastewater is not obviously effected.
