研究导向型教学在化工专业写作课程中的应用探索

【摘要】 专业写作是化工专业本科生的一门核心课程,旨在培养学生规范表达复杂化工问题并与同行或社会公众进行有效沟通的能力。文章针对目前化工专业写作课程存在的问题,结合研究导向型教学的优势,从课程内容、教学方法、考核方式、应用成效等方面对该课程教学改革与创新进行了初步的探讨,并介绍了研究导向型教学的探索。“教—学”单向模式向“教师主导—学生研习”双向模式的转变,能有效提升学生的逻辑思维能力、表达沟通能力和写作论述能力,为学生将来从事科研、工程及其他相关领域的工作打下坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 Professional writing is a core course for undergraduate students majoring in chemical engineering. It aims to cultivate student to express in a standardized manner and to effectively communicate with peers or the public on complex chemical engineering problems. In this paper, we firstly describe the existing problems of professional writing course for chemical engineering. Then, the teaching reform and innovation of this course are discussed from the aspects of course content, teaching methods, assessment methods and application effects via the integration of advantages of research-led education. The research-led teaching practice is thereby performed. Through the conversion from "teaching-learning" one-way mode to "teacher led-student research" mixed mode, students’ ability of logical thinking, expression, communication and writing can be effectively improved. Hence, a solid foundation is expected to be laid for students’ future work in scientific research, engineering and other related fields.
