难生化含盐污水超洁净排放技术研发与应用

【摘要】 为解决炼油厂难生化含盐污水COD等超洁净排放的技术难题,针对难生化含盐污水COD组成与特性,采用A/O-催化氧化-BAF组合工艺进行处理,100 m3/h工业化装置运行结果表明,COD、氨氮和总氮的平均质量浓度由进水的542.1、 27.9和44.5 mg/L分别降低到24.2、 0.5和25.0 mg/L以下,较好地解决了炼油厂难生化含盐污水的处理难题。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the technical problem of super-clean discharge of COD in hard biodegradable salt-containing sewage of refinery, in view of the COD composition and the characteristics of the said kind of sewage, a combined process of A/O-catalytic oxidation-BAF was adopted for its treatment. The operation results of the industrial equipment with treatment scale of 100 m3/h showed that, the average mass concentrations of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen decreased from 542.1, 27.9, 44.5 mg/L respectively to below 24.2, 0.5and 25.0 mg/L respectively, which solved the problem of treatment of hard biodegradable salt-containing sewage in refinery.
