Fenton试剂预处理对疏浚泥浆泥水分离效果的影响研究

【摘要】 采用Fenton试剂对疏浚泥浆进行预处理,通过对比预处理前后疏浚泥浆性质,从破解胞外聚合物(EPS)入手,确定Fenton试剂最佳配比、投加量及Fenton试剂预处理对疏浚泥浆泥水分离效果,并模拟动态环境下实现泥浆泥水分离最优Fenton投加量与配比。试验结果表明,Fenton试剂可改善疏浚泥浆的沉降性能;静置试验Fenton试剂最佳配比为7.5∶1、最佳投加量为0.004 mol/L;动态试验Fenton试剂最佳配比为4∶1。Fenton试剂与絮凝剂联用对疏浚泥浆泥水分离效果的改善作用优于单一絮凝剂处理。经Fenton试剂处理后,污泥的粒径减小,比表面积增大,粘度减小,Zeta电位由负变正,说明Fenton试剂能有效地破解EPS,提高疏浚泥浆的脱水性能。

【Abstract】 Fenton reagent was used to pretreat dredged slurry. By comparing the properties of dredged slurry before and after the pretreatment, starting from cracking extracellular polymeric substance(EPS), the optimal ratio of Fenton reagent as well as its optimal dosage were determined, the effect of Fenton reagent pretreatment on mud-water separation of dredged slurry was investigated, besides, the optimal dosage and ratio of Fenton reagent were simulated to achieve mud-water separation under dynamic environment. The results of the test showed that,Fenton reagent could improve the sedimentation property of the dredged slurry, under static condition, the optimal proportion of Fenton reagent was 7.5 ∶ 1, the optimal dosage was 0.004 mol/L. Under dynamic condition, the optimal proportion of Fenton reagent was 4 ∶ 1. The improvement efficiency of combination of Fenton reagent and flocculant on mud-water separation effect of dredged slurry was better than that of the single flocculant. After the treatment with Fenton reagent, the particle size of sludge decreased, the specific surface area increased,the viscosity decreased, and the zeta potential changed from negative to positive, which indicated that, Fenton reagent could effectively crack EPS and improve the dewatering performance of dredged slurry.
