中国陆地观测卫星应急成像时效性分析
Analysis of Emergency Imaging Efficiency of China’s Land Observation Satellites
【摘要】 为研究中国陆地观测卫星全球应急成像能力,通过分析卫星应急任务规划中涉及的卫星资源、测控资源及数传资源等,综合卫星过境窗口、卫星载荷能力、应急指令执行能力,提出了中国陆地观测卫星应急成像时效性分析方法;对境内及周边国家、欧洲及非洲、南北美洲等地区的应急成像与应急影像数据接收时效性进行分析计算,相关结果紧贴中国陆地观测卫星的测控能力、测控资源、数传资源的实际现状,可为中国陆地观测卫星的测控和数传资源的发展建设提供良好依据。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the satellite resources, TT&C resources and data transmission resources involved in the emergency mission planning of land observation satellites, and synthesizing satellite transit windows,satellite payloads capacity, and emergency command execution capabilities, a method for analyzing the emergency timeliness of land observation satellites is proposed. The emergency imaging and emergency image data reception timeliness in China and neighboring countries, Europe, Africa, North and South America and other regions are analyzed and calculated. The relevant results are closely related to the actual status of satellite measurement and control capabilities TT&C and data transmission resources. The results can provide a good basis for the development and construction of TT&C and data transmission resources.
