【摘要】 数字普惠金融是数据与普惠金融的深度融合，对经济高质量发展助推作用成效显著。文章以2011-2019年中国31个省区市的面板数据为基础，利用熵值法测算绿色发展指数以衡量绿色发展水平，探究数字普惠金融对于绿色发展的影响。研究发现，数字普惠金融发展可以优化资源利用、提升环境质量、加强生态保护、改善增长质量和促进绿色生活，进而提高绿色发展水平。异质性分析表明，数字金融覆盖广度对于驱动绿色发展的正向积极作用相对更明显；数字普惠金融对绿色发展的促进效用在中西部地区更显著。政策含义表明，新发展阶段应促进金融科技创新，进一步延伸拓展数字普惠金融的服务深度和服务广度，并建立健全监管体系，实现数字普惠金融高水平发展，以有效推动绿色发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital financial inclusion is the deep integration of data and financial inclusion, and has achieved remarkable results in boosting high-quality economic development. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2011 to 2019, this paper uses the entropy method to calculate the green development index to measure the level of green development, and explores the impact of digital financial inclusion on green development. The study finds that the development of digital financial inclusion can optimize resource utilization, improve environmental quality, strengthen ecological protection, improve the quality of growth and promote green life, thereby improving the level of green development. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the positive effect of digital financial coverage on driving green development is relatively more obvious. The promotion effect of digital financial inclusion on green development is more significant in the central and western regions. The policy implications indicate that in the new development stage, efforts should be made to promote financial technology innovation, further expand the service depth and breadth of digital financial inclusion, and establish and improve the regulatory system, so as to achieve high-level development of digital financial inclusion to effectively promote green development.更多还原
