合肥光源PLC辐射安全门禁系统设计
Design of HLS-Ⅱ Radiation Safety Access Control System Based on PLC
【摘要】 为解决同步辐射装置控制系统和门禁系统之间的信息交互的问题,基于EPICS分布式控制架构,对合肥光源的辐射安全门禁系统进行了设计。系统以冗余PLC作为核心控制器,增加了权限验证功能,同时建立了EPICS IOC与PLC的网络通讯,实现了门禁系统信息的完全共享,在此基础上达到多系统融合信息的实时显示。新的系统不仅具有更高的安全性和可靠性,同时也更加有利于信息的交互共享。
【Abstract】 To solve the problem of information exchange between the control system of the synchrotron radiation device and the access control system,based on the EPICS distributed control architecture,the radiation safety access control system of Hefei Light Source is designed.The system uses redundant PLC as the core controller,adds the function of authority verification,and establishes the network communication between EPICS IOC and PLC,which realizes the complete sharing of access control system information and achieves the real-time display of multiple systems information on this basis.The new system has higher security and reliability and is also more convenient for information exchange and sharing.
