纳秒级快时间响应前置放大器设计
Design of Nanosecond-level Fast Time Response Preamplifier
【摘要】 设计了一种ns级快时间响应前置放大器,该放大器由两级级联的射频放大芯片和LC低通滤波电路构成。采用ADS软件对前置放大器进行仿真,仿真结果表明设计的放大器在1 MHz~2 GHz内的增益最大值为45 dB,输入输出回波损耗均小于-10 dB;放大器与JW-SCN5肖特基型碳化硅探测器进行实际联调,使用241Am-Be中子源进行核脉冲信号响应测试,测试结果显示该前置放大器的输出信号上升时间约为1 ns。
【Abstract】 A ns-level fast time response preamplifier is designed.The amplifier is composed of a two-stage cascaded RF amplifier chip and an LC low-pass filter circuit.Using ADS software to simulate the preamplifier,the simulation results show that the maximum gain of the designed amplifier within 1 M-2 GHz is 45 dB,and the input and output return loss are less than-10 dB;the amplifier is detected with JW-SCN5 Schottky silicon carbide The 241Am-Be neutron source was used for the nuclear impulse signal response test.The test results showed that the output signal rise time of the preamplifier was about 1ns.
