【摘要】 为了解科研财务助理工作现状，分析其在服务科研项目中发挥效用的影响因素，随机选取某科研院所管理、科研人员及科研财务助理作为调查对象，通过问卷调查方式，收集了相关数据。结果表明，科研财务助理工作整体上处于中等水平，在专业知识维度上表现最好，而在服务水平维度上表现最差；学历会显著影响其在专业知识、业务熟练度及工作效率维度上发挥的效用（P<0.05），但在服务意识和态度、服务水平维度上影响较小。专业相关度、薪资福利、业务培训指导、激励制度及职业晋升与发展会显著影响其在服务意识和态度、服务水平、专业知识、业务熟练度及工作效率维度上的发挥效用（P<0.05）。由此提出措施和建议：聘请专业人员担任科研财务助理，鼓励其加强专业学习，加强人才队伍建设，建立激励制度，稳定人员结构，积极开展培训，加强科研经费政策指导。加深人们对科研财务助理岗位的了解，使其更好地为科研项目服务，推动科研项目管理的良性发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the present working situation of scientific research financial assistants, the study analyzes the factors influencing their role in scientific research project; randomly selects managers, researchers and financial assistants in a scientific research institute as the investigation objects; does questionnaire survey; and collects related data. The results show that generally the working situation of scientific research financial assistants is at middle level. They perform best in professional knowledge dimension, and weakest in service level. Education has significant influence on their effectiveness in professional knowledge, business proficiency degree and working efficiency dimension(P<0. 05),and has less influence on service consciousness and attitude, service level. Professional relevancy, compensation and welfare, business training guidance, incentive system, occupational promotion and development have significant influence on the effectiveness of service consciousness and attitude, service level, professional knowledge, business proficiency degree and working efficiency(P< 0. 05). Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, i. e. to employ professionals to serve as scientific research financial assistants, encourage them to strengthen professional study,strengthen talent team construction, establish incentive system, stabilize staff structure, actively develop talent training,and promote scientific research funds guidance, in order to deepen people’ s understanding of scientific research financial assistants, help them to better serve for scientific research project, and promote the benign development of scientific research project management.更多还原
