【摘要】 探讨预见性思维在临床教学管理中的应用效果。于2020年1月-2021年1月选择60名实习生作为研究对象，将所有实习生随机分为观察组和对照组，每个带教组均为30人。对照组实习生采用常规带教模式，观察组采用预见性思维进行临床教学管理。对两组实习生的管理效果进行对比，观察组实习生的专业知识考试成绩、操作技能考试成绩均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)，观察组实习生的知识掌握情况、专业技术操作以及预见性思维均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。在临床教学管理中，预见性思维的应用可以提升学生的理论水平和实践技能，具有应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study explores the application effect of predictive thinking in clinical teaching management. 60 interns from Jan. 2020 to Jan. 2021 are selected as the research objects,and they are randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 interns in each group. Control group receive routine teaching mode,and observation group receive predictive thinking in clinical teaching management. Management effect of two groups is compared. Professional knowledge examination results, operation skill examination results, knowledge grasp situation, professional skill operation and predictive thinking of observation group are significantly better than control group( P < 0. 05).
