高校公共选修课教学改革思考——以金属基复合材料课程为例

【摘要】 为了提升公共选修课教学质量,以金属基复合材料课程为例,总结了高校公共选修课程教学现状及存在的问题,具体表现在学生缺乏学习动力,授课内容专业性太强,教学模式及考核方式单一,课程思政教学薄弱,并从加强公选课规范化管理,优化精炼教学内容,采用多元化的授课方式和考核方式,全面推进课程思政建设等角度入手,提出了一系列改革措施并付诸实践,获得了良好的教学效果,强化了学生对金属基复合材料的认知,激发了学生的求知欲,调动了学生的积极性,提高了教学质量,为高校其他公共选修课的教学改革提供了有益参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the teaching quality of public elective course,and through taking metal matrix composites course as an example,the study summarizes the present situation of public elective courses in colleges and universities,and the problems,i.e.students lack learning motivation,too much professionalism of course contents,simple teaching model and examination method,and weak course ideological and political teaching.Then the study proposes a series of reform measures and practice,i.e.to strengthen the standardized management of public elective courses,to optimize fine teaching contents,adopt diversified teaching and examination method,and to comprehensively promote the curriculum ideological and political construction.Good teaching effect is gained.The student’s cognition on metal matrix composites is strengthened,student’s thirst for knowledge is stimulated,student’s enthusiasm is mobilized,and the teaching quality is improved.This provides beneficial references for the teaching reform of other public selective courses in colleges and universities.
