【摘要】 为增加吉林省人力资本的竞争力，研究吉林省农业院校大学生留在吉林省就业的意愿及影响因素，本研究采用问卷法和访谈法收集信息和数据，通过SPSS20.0对数据进行二元回归分析，最终发现有5个影响因素对于大学生毕业后是否选择留在吉林省就业具有重要影响，分别是大学生生源地、人际关系、家庭支持、期望薪酬和地区经济发展水平。高校大学生的毕业需求更多体现在安全、社交、尊重、自我实现4个方面，为了吸引更多高层次人才留在吉林省就业，促进吉林省经济更好的发展，可从人才引进政策制定、就业创业政策宣传、薪酬期望引导、产业结构优化升级等方面做出改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to increase the competitiveness of human capital in Jilin Province, the study explores the employment willingness of agricultural college students in Jilin Province to stay in Jilin Province and the influencing factors. The study adopts questionnaire method and interview method to collect information and data,and conducts binary regression analysis on the data through SPSS20. 0. Finally,it is found that there are five influencing factors on whether college students choose to stay in Jilin Province after graduation,including student’s origin place,interpersonal relationship,family support,expected salary and regional economic development level. College student’s graduation requirements more embody in safety,social contact,respect and self-fulfillment,in order to attract more high-level talents employment in Jilin Province,and promote better development of economy in Jilin Province. It is suggested to formulate talent introduction policy, publicize employment and entrepreneurship policy, introduce remuneration expectation,and optimize and upgrade industrial structure.更多还原
