我国滨海旅游业经济增长效率提升路径研究

【摘要】 在我国滨海旅游业蓬勃发展的当下,部分沿海地区却未能实现地区经济增长效率的稳步提升。针对上述问题,运用Malmquist指数分析法对2009—2018年我国11个沿海地区的面板数据进行分析,得到沿海地区滨海旅游业的经济增长效率,将其作为模糊定性比较分析(fsQCA)的结果变量,并综合新经济增长理论和生产要素理论,构建滨海旅游业经济增长效率的驱动模型,探讨不同条件组态对经济增长效率的影响。研究结果表明,滨海旅游产业集聚和旅游景区大开发对滨海旅游业的经济增长效率具有显著影响。因此,加大对滨海旅游项目的统筹开发,发挥聚集效应竞争优势,完善配套设施建设,深挖二次消费潜力,是提升我国滨海旅游业经济增长效率的有效路径。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of coastal tourism in China, some coastal areas have failed to steadily improve the efficiency of regional economic growth. In view of the above problems, the panel data of 11 coastal areas in China from 2009 to 2018 are analyzed using Malmquist index analysis method to obtain the economic growth efficiency of coastal tourism in coastal areas, which is taken as the result variable of fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA). This paper also integrates the new economic growth theory and the theory of production factors to build a driving model for the economic growth efficiency of coastal tourism, and discusses the impact of different conditions on the efficiency of economic growth. The research results show that the concentration of coastal tourism industry and the large-scale development of tourist attractions have a significant impact on the economic growth efficiency of coastal tourism. Therefore, it is an effective approach to enhancing the economic growth efficiency of coastal tourism industry in China by increasing the overall development of coastal tourism projects, giving play to the competitive advantage of agglomeration effect, improving the construction of supporting facilities, and tapping the potential of secondary consumption.
