基于指数积理论的五轴曲面喷涂后置处理
Post processing of five axis surface spraying based on exponential product theory
【摘要】 针对无刀尖点跟随功能(rotated tool center point, RTCP)功能五轴机床在喷涂过程中旋转喷涂头中心点轨迹不可控而产生的多喷与漏喷现象,为了提高复杂曲面的喷涂质量、优化喷涂轨迹,提出了一种五轴曲面喷涂机床的后置处理方法.基于两旋转轴与被喷涂零件在机床坐标系的相对位置关系,采用指数积理论建立五轴联动机床的正向运动学模型.结合工件表面的几何特征、三角函数的周期性、旋转轴运动范围等确定旋转轴的最优角度组合解.利用选择的最优角度组合解求得平动轴的绝对位移量,进而生成能直接运用于喷涂的数控代码,在没有RTCP的帮助下完成喷涂.以典型船舶球鼻艏曲面喷涂为例进行仿真实验,仿真结果表明:该方法可以在没有RTCP功能的机床上实现喷涂轨迹的控制和较好喷涂质量,有效地避免在喷涂过程中产生的多喷与漏喷的现象.
【Abstract】 Aiming at the phenomenon of multiple spraying and leakage in spraying process of five-axis machine tool without RTCP function, the trajectory of center point of rotating spraying head is not controllable. In order to improve the spraying quality of complex surface and optimize the spraying trajectory, a post-processing method of five-axis surface spraying machine was proposed. According to the relation between the two rotating axes and the sprayed parts in the machine coordinate system, the forward kinematics model of the five-axis machine tool was established by using the exponential product theory. Combined with the geometric features of the workpiece surface, the periodicity of the trig function and the motion range of the rotation axis, the optimal angle combination solution of the rotation axis was determined. The absolute displacement of the translational axis can be obtained by using the optimal angle combination solution, and then the numerical control code can be directly applied to spraying, and spraying can be completed without the help of RTCP. Simulation experiments were carried out on typical ship′s bow-nose surface spraying as an example. The simulation results show that this method can complete the control of spraying trajectory and better spraying quality on the machine tool without RTCP function, and effectively avoid the phenomenon of multiple spraying and leakage spraying in the process of spraying.
