尼龙-6改性环氧树脂涂层耐腐蚀性能的研究

【摘要】 采用六氟异丙醇为溶剂,制备了不同尼龙-6含量的环氧树脂复合涂层.通过电化学阻抗、扫描电镜、Flash DSC等手段研究了尼龙-6在复合涂层中的分散行为及其对涂层耐腐蚀性能的影响.利用XRD、常规DSC考察了尼龙-6在复合涂层中的凝聚态结构以及在110℃退火处理对复合涂层耐腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,当尼龙-6质量百分含量为2.5%的时候,尼龙-6在复合涂层中的分散性最佳,且阻抗值对比纯环氧树脂涂层要高一个数量级.复合涂层中的非晶态尼龙-6在升温过程中可以发生冷结晶.经过110℃退火处理之后,复合涂层的阻抗值对比之前又增大了一个数量级.文中相关研究是可结晶高分子在改性热固性高分子方面的实际应用,为提高环氧树脂耐蚀性能提供了新的参考.

【Abstract】 Epoxy resin composite coatings with different nylon-6 content were prepared by using hexafluoroisopropanol as solvent. The dispersion behavior of nylon-6 in the composite coating and its effect on the corrosion resistance of the coating were studied by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and Flash DSC. The condensed structure of nylon-6 in the composite coating and the effect of annealing treatment at 110℃ on the corrosion resistance of the composite coating were investigated by XRD and conventional DSC. The results show that when the content of nylon-6 is 2.5%, the dispersion of nylon-6 in the composite coating is the best, and the impedance value of nylon-6 is one order of magnitude higher than that of pure epoxy resin coating. The amorphous nylon-6 in the composite coating can be cold crystallized during heating. After annealing at 110 ℃, the impedance of the composite coating increased by an order of magnitude compared with that before. The research in this paper is a practical application of crystallizable polymers in modified thermosetting polymers, which provides a new conception for improving corrosion resistance of the epoxy resin.
