【摘要】 采用中红外(MIR)光谱、变温中红外(TD-MIR)光谱及二维中红外(2D-MIR)光谱研究了3M医用网纹易撕胶带基材(简称基材)的结构及热稳定性。结果表明:MIR光谱分析确定了基材结构的红外吸收模式主要包括νasCH3、νasCH2、νsCH3、νsCH2、νC=O、δasCH3、δsCH3和ρCH2,基材结构主要为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物;TD-MIR光谱分析表明,在30~120℃温度范围内,随着测定温度的升高,基材结构对应的红外吸收峰及强度均有明显的改变;2D-MIR光谱分析表明,热扰动因素下,基材主要官能团吸收峰对热的敏感程度及变化快慢信息均存在着一定的差异性。

【Abstract】 The structure and thermal stability of 3 M medical mesh easy-to-tear adhesive tape substrate(substrate for short) were studied by middle infrared(MIR) spectroscopy, variable temperature middle infrared(TD-MIR) spectroscopy and two-dimensional middle infrared(2 D-MIR) spectroscopy. The results showed that the infrared absorption mode of the substrate structure was determined by MIR spectrum analysis, mainly including νasCH3、νasCH2、νsCH3、νsCH2、νC=O、δasCH3、δsCH3和ρCH2, and the substrate structure was dominantly poly(ethylene-co-vinyl acetate); the infrared absorption frequency and intensity corresponding to the substrate structure changed significantly with the increase of measuring temperature in the range of 30-120 ℃, observed by TD-MIR; and there were certain differences in the heat sensitivity and the change speed information of the absorption peaks of the main functional groups of the substrate under thermal disturbance, observed by 2 D-MIR.
