弹性非织造布用SEBS/PP共混料的制备及其可纺性研究

【摘要】 以低相对分子质量苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)和聚丙烯(PP)为原料,制得SEBS/PP共混料,然后通过熔融纺丝制备弹性非织造布用SEBS/PP纤维,研究了SEBS/PP共混体系的流变性能、热学性能和力学性能,并对其可纺性进行了探索。结果表明:在低相对分子质量SEBS中添加高熔体流动指数PP后,可在保持共混料高熔体流动指数的条件下显著提高材料的强度和模量,同时解决SEBS挤出过程中易发生熔体破裂而难以单独纺丝的问题;制备的SEBS/PP共混料的断裂伸长率大于100%,且拉伸至50%并回复以后,残余应变仅为原伸长的20%,符合制造弹性非织造布的条件与要求;SEBS与PP按质量比6:4共混后制备的共混料具有较好的可纺性,且制备的纤维具有更高的断裂伸长率和更低的强度。

【Abstract】 Styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer/polypropylene(SEBS/PP) blends were prepared from low-relative molecular mass SEBS and PP and were produced into SEBS/PP fibers for elastic nonwovens by melt spinning. The rheological, thermal and mechanical properties of SEBS/PP blends were studied, and their spinnability was explored. The results showed that the strength and modulus of the material could be significantly improved by adding high-melt flow index PP into low-relative molecular mass SEBS while maintaining a high melt flow index, which could solve the problem that the melt was easy to rupture in the extrusion process of SEBS and difficult to be spun alone; the elongation at break of SEBS/PP blend was more than 100% and the residual strain was only 20% of the original elongation after recovery from stretching to 50%, which met the conditions and requirements of manufacturing elastic nonwovens; the blend prepared by blending SEBS and PP at a mass ratio of 6:4 had better spinnability, and the prepared fiber had higher elongation at break and lower strength.
